Waxed Thread

Waxed thread is the preferred thread for hand sewing leather, canvas, denim and projects such as beading, braiding, macramé, jewelry making, and dream catchers where a heavy duty thread is preferred. It is a thicker diameter thread with a wax coating making it durable, easy to lock into your sewing needle, smooth to glide through your leather piece, and easy to weld once you are completed your sewing project. We offer a variety of colors to choose from to add contrast or color to your leather sewing project. Great for adding detail to wallets, key fobs, belts, and bags.
