| Items will not begin creation until first payment is made and will not ship out until payment is made in full. You can make the remaining payments at anytime throughout the creation process using the payment link we are providing you. Armor sets are made custom tailored to your measurements and style requests and therefore are non-refundable as stated in our shop policies. In the event payment is not made in full you forfeit the deposits made from prior payments. If any pieces have been completed and paid for we will ship those to you at that time minus cost for any unfinished pieces in progress. Photo updates will be sent to you as pieces are completed. Please double check all measurements sent and review the listing and documents provided on your concept design to ensure all items are correct for your design. Shipping to be worked out between buyer and seller. We are not liabale for damage or loss incurred via the postal service therefore insurance and tracking are required for all our shipments. We work with USPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and UPS for domestic and international shipments and can explore rates once we receive a shipping address and have the weight and size for the package. Shipping times vary by service and location, we will provide you options and estimated shipping times once the pieces are completed. | ||
